Applications

Direct Roving is compatible with thermosetting resins, such as unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. 

Direct Roving is widely used for filament winding and Pultrusion, producing woven roving and multiaxial fabrics. The application have FRP pipes, pressure vessels, grille, chemical tanks and so on.

Packing

The weight of each Roving is 18 ± 1 kg, which is packing with thermoplastic PVC material firstly used for heat setting, in order to place a layer of 4 × 4 style, piled four layers of 64 volumes on a pallet, or piled three layers of 48 volumes. We can entire prop knotted or air connector using a multi-volume yarns way connected end to end according to customer demand. The whole pallet is using corrugated cardboard cover plus waist for packaging, and using multi-channel fixed to the pallet strapping.

Storage

These products should be stored in a cool, dry, water-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be always maintained at 15℃ to 35℃ and 35% to 65% respectively. Please keep the product in its original packaging before being used, avoiding moisture absorption.
